If your curtains arrive with a flaw, or if they are produced to the wrong length on our end, we will replace them for free or give you your money back.

(If you provide the wrong measurements, there is no refund, this is why we recommend the Pinch Pleat style. It comes with an adjustable hook that allows you to easily adjust the height by up to 2cm, making it incredibly forgiving if your measurements are slightly off!)

You don't need a professional to hang these. We provide the hooks; you simply need to source your own track or rod, and you can easily hang them yourself.

Because every curtain is made to order, it takes a little time. From the day your invoice is paid, expect your curtains to arrive in about 5 weeks if you are local to Tauranga, or 6 weeks for the rest of New Zealand.
